Hitting the charts in 1968 with their fuzzed-up cover of Jimi's "Fire", Five by Five came from Magnolia, Arkansas. The band consisted of LARRY ANDREW guitar & vocals ; DOUG GREEN drums ; BILL MERRITT guitar ; TIM MILAM organ & vocals ; and RONNIE PLANTS lead vocals & guitar. Their lone LP is somewhat collectable.
