Long-time David Letterman special appearance character passed away at age 85. I always enjoyed seeing him in skits and actually was lucky enough to have Letterman read a "viewer mail" letter I sent in asking if Dave had anything to take to The Antique's Roadshow. Dave did the skit similar to the PBS show and brought Larry in to get appraised!!
